Name, email address, and phone number when you submit our contact form or sign up for a program.

Bookings
When you book a free trial class we collect the parent or guardian's name, email and phone number, and optionally the student's first name and age. We use this only to confirm and run the class, and we email you a confirmation. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Analytics & Advertising
If you click “Accept all” on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to measure whether our ads lead to bookings. If you decline, these tools do not set cookies. When a booking is made after accepting, a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of your email and phone may be shared with Google and Meta to match the booking to an ad; they cannot read the original details. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Children's Privacy
RoboFlight programs are designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. All registrations are handled through parents or guardians. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child without parental consent, please contact us immediately.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Your data is stored securely and is never sold or rented to third parties.
